4. Payment and Subscriptions
SaaS products are billed on a recurring basis. Custom solutions require payments based on the agreed-upon project milestones. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or software.
6. Termination
